OUR 4-STAGE INTEGRATED WORKFLOW
While the industry standard relies on fragmented production and partial outsourcing, INGILIZ GROUP operates a fully centralized, four-department relay system. This structure ensures absolute process control, seamless technical communication, and a 'zero-defect' transition between production phases.
THE 4 PILLARS OF PRODUCTION:
1.Cutting Department (Industry 4.0):
Centralized hub for high precision material engineering. Responsible for all upper materials, as well as components for our internal sole and insole factories.
2.Stitching Department:
100% in-house assembly of uppers. By refusing to outsource stitching (the industry’s most common point of failure), we guarantee the structural integrity and fit of every silhouette.
3.Technical Assembly:
The convergence of robotic precision and craftsmanship. Where the shoe takes its final form through advanced technical engineering.
4.Finishing, QC & Global Packaging:
A dedicated "Quality Gate" for luxury-standard cleaning and final inspection. Packaging is executed to specific brand protocols, ready for immediate global distribution.
