THE QC GRID (HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL GATES): 

Inbound Raw Materials: Every material—from leather hides to technical adhesives— undergoes rigorous inspection at the warehouse entry point. 

Component Verification (Vertical): Dedicated gates at our Last, Insole, and Outsole units ensure the "building blocks" of the shoe are perfect before they reach the assembly line. 

Footwear Workflow (Horizontal): Real-time inspection gates at every critical transition: 

• Cutting: Precision & Yield verification. 
• Stitching: Structural integrity & Seam accuracy. 
• Assembly: Lasting balance & Bonding strength. 
• Finishing: Final aesthetic & Packaging compliance.
